Machines used:

State-of-the-art production machines with closed loop quality system developed and produced by Elektrisola for our exclusive use. More than 100 sensors (i.e. lasers for O.D. control, temperature and speed sensors, etc.) continuously control 48 quality parameters in every production line.

   
Raw material:Tight specifications and demanding incoming controls are a prerequisite to ensure the quality of the final product.
   
Quality systems:

All plants are certified ISO 9001 and TS16949 for the automotive industries. USA, Malaysia and China are ISO 14001 certified, additionally Malaysia is OSHAS 18001 certified. For each plant's certificate, please check respective plants under Quality Certificates .

   
UL approval:

Elektrisola products are UL approved according to the UL list (see www.ul.com or Germany, Italy, Switzerland, USA/Mexico, Malaysia, China).
