In addition to the polyvinylbutyral and polyamide self bonding adhesive types, Elektrisola offers a variety of other bond coats. Most of the bond coats described below are modified polyamides that meet very high thermal requirements. The high temperature stability that distinguishes these bond coats, make them more difficult to process. On the other hand, their improved thermal properties and higher resoftening temperatures may be important considerations for certain coil applications.
